One to one yoga sessions:

There are a few reasons why you may wish to choose to practice with us one on one or in a small group. Whatever your personal reason, your sessions will be tailored to your specifics needs and you’ll also receive personalised programmes to continue your own in between session, whatever your goals may be.

Taking it to the next level

If you feel like you’re at a plateau in your practice a few sessions may unlock and reveal a new level for you. We can assess where you are and what’s holding your back and put together a programme to build strength and flexibility to enable you to reach your goals.

Getting yoga class ready

Whether you’re been away from yoga for a while or never practiced before you may want a firm foundation before you join in a regular class. You can expect a tailored programme to build your confidence and prepare you for what to expect at a yoga class.

Working with limitations

Perhaps you have an injury you’re trying to rehabilitate or another limitation in your body which means you’re not comfortable attending a public class. We can work with you where you are to help you regain strength and stability to support you every day.

Personal attention

Sometimes we need someone to give you undivided attention, either for yourself or a group of friends. It’s necessary to take time out for yourself and give yourself a bit of self care.
